Unlike fresh food, dried herbs and spices don't actually spoil or go bad. What does happen, though, is that they may lose flavor and potency over time. It's still generally safe to consume dried herbs and spices that are past their prime, although they won't add nearly as much flavor as their fresh counterparts.

PREPARATION AND DOSAGE:

1. 1 teaspoon of ground root mixed with a few drops of boiled cool water and a few drops of cooking oil until a thick paste is obtained. Apply on wounds, abrasions, joints, wrap a bandage.
