This means checking with your local post office to see if there are any issues with the delivery and doing your best to obtain the parcel before demanding a refund.

Please also note that we are not responsible for any customs tax incurred for orders shipped outside of the USA. Additionally, unclaimed orders that are returned to us will be subject to a $10 fee for return charges.
