Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) regular consumption eliminates one of the causes of poor well-being and low mood: liver overload. Milk thistle has a protective effect on this organ, cleanses it and improves body purification.

These natural antidepressants can be used daily. In addition to consuming medicinal herbs, it is also worth using aromatherapy to a greater extent.
